All our teams do our lower community league skills program that:
Ensures any aged male and female player is given the time and care to give them the opportunity improve regardless of their playing ability or their match results.
If you have a program that improves those that cannot play, then you also have a program that can improve anyone. So why rush it for results and deny the chance of improving almost everybody.
